Get ready book lovers! OPL is recording book reads aloud for your listening pleasure. Picture books will be read in one video and chapter books will be split. Once a story is posted, it will stay on our page forever so anyone can go back and listen over and over!
We have VERY exciting news to share!
The Orleans Public Library is proud to be chosen to be part of Round 2 of the Libraries Transforming Communities: Accessible Small and Rural Communities, an American Library Association initiative that provides community engagement and accessibility resources to small and rural libraries to help them better serve people with disabilities. We were previously chosen for Round 1 in May of 2023, and we are honored to have been chosen again! Stay tuned for more details!
